Audited Shopify theme performance and ADA/WCAG risk across the store's core templates, identified 30 critical and serious accessibility issues across 8 public page types, mapped fixes for global navigation, image-only links, product media alt text, review-widget ARIA, badge contrast, and blog markup, then targeted theme asset cleanup that moved collection mobile performance from 50 to 80 and reduced collection-page total blocking time from 3,540 ms to 90 ms in test runs.

Built and launched a production Shopify embedded app that helps merchants generate SEO titles, meta descriptions, and product/collection content in bulk, with review-before-publish workflows, brand voice settings, credit tiers, Shopify billing, and safe product/collection updates.

Migrated a large Magento store into Shopify, translated a 55-node category structure into collections and tags, organized the catalog across 9 top-level product families and 3 taxonomy levels, built the main storefront templates, converted PDF-based content into HTML pages, and updated the contact form and mega menu after the catalog restructure.

Scoped a large BigCommerce-to-Shopify migration for a 1,167-product catalog with 15,988 variants, 169 categories, 8,398 customers, 1,418 redirects, 21 pages, 10 discounts/coupons, and 1 blog post; planned a 4-level-to-3-level category remap affecting 323 products and accounted for 15 products with 100+ variants, including one product with 520 variants.

Pulled and audited a live BigCommerce catalog with 13,243 products, reconciled 2,086 incoming vendor SKUs, identified 1,679 net-new products, isolated 125 exact live SKU matches for safe updates, flagged incomplete rows that were not safe to import, found 98 placeholder-image rows and 1,244 missing-image rows, and completed a 337-product import with overwrite rules limited to price and cost.

Rebuilt a Shopify storefront around a 16-product, 12-collection catalog with 19 content pages and 83 blog articles; added new pages including Shark Tank, Our Story, FAQ, and Contact, connected subscription behavior through Skio, updated sticky add-to-cart behavior, added UGC video placement, adjusted product cards, review stars, product-page sections, and homepage merchandising.

Standardized 7 products around a shared media system, reused 7 supporting images across related variants and bundles, extended the same behavior to 3 new bundles, fixed variant-image logic with custom template behavior, unified a shared product video into one asset, and designed a canonical media approach for 12 core designs that avoided 500+ image placements and reorders.

Built the custom Shopify theme, rebuilt 149 pages, migrated and reorganized 59 gallery pages, rebuilt 22 service pages and 15 support pages, migrated 2,000+ gallery photos, set up 150 redirects, and imported 224 active gift cards worth $47,216.81 through the API.

Redesigned a BigCommerce storefront for a 98-product catalog organized across 22 categories and 5 core pages; rebuilt the theme presentation, restored missing category visibility, adjusted category/product grids from 4 columns to 3 columns, reworked homepage billboard imagery, handled navigation updates for 4 major category groups, and refined product-page and front-page design before launch review.

Built the full Next.js app end to end: upload, trim, preview, loop controls, speed controls, exports, mobile preview behavior, server-side FFmpeg processing, watermarking, free-vs-paid gating, Blob storage cleanup, Stripe checkout, webhook and entitlement logic, magic-link restore, rate limiting, GA4 tracking, and the supporting SEO content system. Over the last 90 days, it drove 4,695 users, 9,470 page views, 2,747 uploads, 2,980 boomerangs created, and 2,885 downloads, with a 70.91% upload-to-download conversion rate across 145 countries.

Built and staged the Shopify store, migrated 107 products, 168 variants, 455 images, 14 categories, and 14 collections, preserved shipping-weight data on 60 products, carried over sale pricing on 21 products, and handled review, store transfer, and launch handoff.

Built the storefront and launch flow from scratch, structured the catalog around 3 kit product lines plus the core jacket, added a standalone jacket variant, built a size chart with 2 measurement systems, added a 4-topic contact flow, launched the live domain with SSL, and later implemented 2% give-back messaging with dynamic cart calculations.

Migrated 482 products, 493 variants, 782 images, 585 reviews, 86 categories, 76 smart collections, and 482 redirects; processed 4,280 CSV rows; fixed shipping-weight errors on 472 products; cleaned up roughly 280 broken headings and links in product descriptions; imported 365 days of order history; and built a custom wishlist export and mapping workflow for Shopify.

Built the new Shopify store, created a custom WooCommerce-to-Shopify CSV conversion tool, set up a new GA4 property, replaced the first quantity-discount approach after testing multiple options, added back-in-stock capture, and installed sold-out sorting so in-stock items surfaced before out-of-stock inventory.

Built the new WordPress site in Divi, extracted and restructured the existing service content, organized the image library, created pages for the legacy URL set while waiting on final client copy, rebuilt the page system around linked service sections, handled mobile cleanup before review, launched under an emergency cutover, added analytics, and later updated the contact form with an additional phone-number field.

Built the WordPress site from a coming-soon page into a full lead-generation website, structured the navigation around 5 primary sections and 6 industry categories, launched the site, expanded the original one-page structure into 6 public pages, added SEO-focused content and internal links to each section page, styled the pages responsively, added contact forms across the site, submitted the pages to Google, updated plugins, and later optimized images to WebP while correcting heading structure and link accessibility.
